At Almighty Services, LLC, we recently undertook a farmhouse roof and siding renovation that truly showcased our love for what we do. This charming farmhouse, set in the countryside, was showing signs of wear and tear after two decades. We tackled multiple roof leaks and gave the exterior a complete makeover. We replaced the old roof decking with new 7/16″ OSB roof decking and installed a new rolled roofing system on the large dormer flat roof. The home now proudly displays the Atlas Pinnacle Pristine Roofing System in Coastal Granite, backed by a 25-year non-prorated manufacturer warranty. We paid special attention to the flashing system, a crucial element for a leak-free roof. The exterior renovation also included replacing the old aluminum and wood lap siding with James Hardie fiber cement siding and trim, and upgrading the soffits and fascia to match the new siding system.
